Our Services. JB Carpentry delivers Custom Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Deck Repair, Deck Building, Cabinet Installation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. JB Carpentry (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. JB Carpentry reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. JB Carpentry makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. JB Carpentry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JB Carpentry from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IL for any related dispute.
Term Changes. JB Carpentry may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
